Cornucopia of Kathryn Krick Cult Information

Here’s what Kathryn Krick and her followers do to Matthew 7:
The basis for Krick’s validity is that she “drives out demons and performs many miracles” in the name of Jesus. But those are the potential characteristics of false disciples! On top of that, the “fruit” of her ministry is not good. “Wolves in sheep’s clothing” are deceptive; they make their way into the church by saying some true things and appearing to be Christian.
“For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”
“I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.”
“The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. If there is anything they desire to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.”
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
“But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.”
“I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.”
“Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those on the outside. Remove the evil person from among you.”
Here are three major characteristics of a cult (from the Rick Alan Ross article below):
1. A charismatic leader who increasingly becomes an object of worship as the general principles that may have originally sustained the group lose their power;
2. A process [Lifton calls] coercive persuasion or thought reform;
3. Economic, sexual, and other exploitation of group members by the leader and the ruling coterie.
Kathryn Krick/5F Church meets all three of these criteria to be considered a cult.
“In my opinion, it is potentially unsafe to be involved with 5F Church or influenced by the teachings of Kathryn Krick. This would mean speficially the potential problems posed by attending any function, meeting or activity of the group in person, online or through one of her social media platforms.
In my opinion, it is also potentially unsafe for minor children to be exposed to any 5F group indoctrination and/or training. This would include following and viewing Kathryn Krick through social media, watching Ms. Krick’s online streaming, reading her written literature and/or visiting her websites.
My opinions are offered to a reasonable degree of professional validity and probability based upon the materials I have reviewed and cited.”
